Anxiety

Anxienty

My approach to anxiety is trauma-informed, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and grounding tools for resourcing. Rather than treating anxiety as something to simply manage, this work helps you understand what it's protecting you from, regulate an activated nervous system, and build a felt sense of safety you can return to.

trauma recovery

Trauma Recovery

Trauma recovery means moving safely from survival mode into living, using body- and mind-based steps rather than just talking through past pain. I don't view trauma as a permanent flaw, but as a collection of interrupted survival responses. Recovery means unburdening your system from what it's been carrying, restoring your body's natural resilience, and reconnecting with who you truly are beneath the pain. We work together at a pace that honors your nervous system, moving from survival mode into deep, aligned living.

blended families

Psychedelic Integration

I offer preparation and integration support for clients who have had, or are planning, a psychedelic experience outside of our sessions, using somatic experiencing, IFS and transpersonal psychology. This method focuses on helping clients through the structured process of translating temporary, altered-state insights into permanent behavioral and psychological change. It bridges the gap between a profound experience and everyday reality.

Intergenerational Trauma

Intergenerational trauma is a cycle of trauma that passes down through families through biological, environmental, psychological or social means. Through being able to identify, acknowledge and accept your trauma, the cycle that is in place can be shifted and healed.

addiction

Addiction

Addiction often develops as a way to manage pain that had nowhere else to go — a survival response, not a moral failing. I work with clients to understand what the addictive behavior has been protecting them from, address the underlying trauma or dysregulation driving it, and build sustainable ways to feel safe and resourced without it.
